Your order typically ships from our fulfilment center within 1-2 business days after your order confirmation. We are a small team working as hard as we can, so we appreciate your understanding!
Please allow an additional 2-7 business days for the US & 12-14 business days for International, for the package to arrive at your destination.

MonnAmie is not responsible for any additional customs fees that may occur during the shipping process. Unfortunately, once the package has shipped, we are unable to refund shipping fees as the payment has been made to the postal carrier. Shipping fees are nonrefundable, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your order is held at customs in your country, you are responsible to contact your local post office and retrieve the package on your own. We do not give back refunds to items that are held in customs. Only after the package is released & sent back to our fulfillment center, the refund will be made. This could take from 3-4 weeks from the date the package arrived in your country.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email firstname.lastname@example.org We promise to get back to you within 2 business days.
MonnAmie is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer
If your package hasn’t arrived within 3 months, it is considered lost. Only after 3 months of purchase, will you be able to get a refund, but shipping fees are non- refundable as shipping fees have already been made to the postal carrier.
Most of our carriers make more than one attempt to deliver a parcel. If they for some reason fail to deliver your parcel to the address provided, the parcel will most likely be moved to your nearest post office. You will then be responsible to pick it up no later than 5 working days; else you risk your package getting sent back to our fulfillment center. If a carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we'll issue a full refund excluding delivery charges.
